feat: 适配 Material 3 Expressive 样式
本次改动：
1. 重构全部页面样式，页面布局大幅改动
2. 适配 MD3E 样式，包括但不限于 容器颜色、按钮形状变化
3. 性能大幅优化，把大部分内容使用 `LazyColumn` 包裹，大幅优化了主题色版的性能
4. 移除了全部页面的 `LazyColumn` 滚动条，后续计划使用 Compose 的官方实现
5. 更换全部图标，移除旧版 icons 库，全面使用基于 Vector Drawable 的 Material Symbols
6. 使用 Navigation 3
7. 优化待办任务页面的共享容器转场动画，转场更丝滑
8. 更改待办编辑界面中”标记为已完成“开关为复选框并增加触感反馈
9. 调整待办任务卡片中优先级和分类的布局位置和样式
10. 优化待办卡片在多选时的显示效果，添加背景色和形状变化
