- WHATS_NEW: replaced the 2.7.6 block with 2.7.7 (current release + a brief 'earlier versions' summary)
- VERSION_MODAL_SECTIONS: promoted the 2.7.7 highlights, rolled 2.7.6 into the 'Earlier' aggregator
