Broque Thomas baed8ed8b6 Fix worker orb tooltips rendering behind dashboard content ... Added z-index: 10 to .dashboard-header to elevate its stacking context above the dashboard content sections. Bumped all 13 worker orb tooltip z-index values from 1000 to 5000.
