Broque Thomas 14a5944ae1 Add enhanced search mode UI and retry logic for downloads ... Introduces a search mode toggle in the downloads UI, allowing users to switch between basic and enhanced search modes. Adds new HTML structure, JavaScript logic, and CSS styles for the enhanced search interface (currently placeholder functionality).
