docs: mark issue 3 as completed - refresh metadata feature already exists

The 'Refresh Metadata' button in the Actions dropdown already provides
the ability to re-trigger source image downloads. Updated documentation
to reflect this.

**Problem:** There's no UI option or API endpoint to re-download source images for an existing source. Users must delete and re-add the source.
