Pediatric Clinical Tools is an AI-powered clinical documentation tool designed specifically for pediatric medicine. It helps physicians generate structured clinical notes from voice recordings or typed text, saving time on documentation so you can focus on patient care.
+Press Sign in with PedsHub. You are taken to the PedsHub sign-in page, type your email, and a 6-digit code is emailed to you; type it and you are in. There is no password to remember. Tick Remember me on this device and the code is asked for once a month rather than every time.
+The same account signs into the quiz app at pedshub.com. New accounts are created from an invitation link an administrator sends; there is no sign-up form here.

It supports HPIs, SOAP notes, hospital courses, chart reviews, well visits, sick visits, developmental milestone assessments, and more.
Every answer is grounded in the clinical library: the assistant searches it first and writes from what it finds. Numbered chips [1], [2]… link to the source cards beside the answer, numbered in the order they first appear; a source cited again keeps its number. Hover or tap a chip to see the source; the same numbers appear in the PDF export's reference list.
+An administrator can switch the chips off; the answer is still grounded in the same sources, it just does not show the markers.
+They are written by the AI from the clinical library itself and refreshed periodically, so they reflect what the library can actually answer. Each is a short case with a decision to make; tap one to ask it, or type your own.
+Yes. Click the Read button on any generated note to hear it spoken aloud. Which voice engine does the speaking depends on what your administrator has configured. You can choose your preferred voice in Settings > Voice Preferences.
+Yes. Click the Read button on any generated note or assistant answer to hear it spoken aloud. Your administrator adds one or more speech models; each brings its own voices. Choose the voice you like in Settings > Voice Preferences — the list shows every voice of every model, grouped by model — and press Preview to hear it before saving. Leave it on Server default to use whatever the administrator chose.
All generated text is plain text with no markdown formatting, designed to paste cleanly into any EHR system.
Yes. The export button on an answer produces a PDF of the conversation with its reference list; on a phone it opens as a sheet you can print or save. Tables and citations are kept.
+2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. After entering your password, you also enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy). Enable it in Settings > Two-Factor Authentication.
+There is no password for this app. Signing in is done at the PedsHub sign-in page with a code sent to your email, which already proves you hold the mailbox; that is the second factor. If you cannot receive email, contact an administrator.
When you change your password in Settings > Change Password, all other active sessions are automatically logged out for security. Only your current session remains active. The app also checks if your new password has appeared in known data breaches and warns you (but does not prevent you from using it).
+Settings > Active Sessions > Revoke All Other Sessions signs out every other device from this app. Your PedsHub sign-in itself can be ended from the PedsHub sign-in page's account menu, which signs you out of every PedsHub app at once.
The Learning Hub is an educational platform integrated into the app. It contains articles, clinical pearls, quizzes, and slide presentations created by moderators and administrators. You can browse by category, search content, and take quizzes to test your knowledge.
+A place to make teaching material: give it a topic, choose Presentation or Article, and the AI writes it — grounded in the clinical library, and optionally in PubMed and the web when your administrator has enabled those. Presentations are built as real slide decks with comparisons, tables, callouts and, if you ask, illustrations. Everything you make is private to you.
Quizzes include multiple-choice, multi-select, and true/false questions. After submitting your answers, you see your score along with explanations for each question. Your past attempts and scores are tracked so you can monitor your progress over time.
+Open the deck and pick a theme; every theme has a downloadable sample deck showing each slide layout, so you can see it before choosing. The theme applies to every presentation, including ones written before themes existed. Modify takes plain-language instructions ("add a table comparing…", "shorten the introduction") and keeps your theme.
Moderators and administrators can create content using the CMS tab. You can write articles manually, or use AI to generate content from a topic description, uploaded PDFs, or files from Nextcloud. The CMS also supports Marp-based slide presentations with PPTX export.
