PROBE ONLY, NEVER MERGE: pin lancedb 0.38.0

Changes only the pin, so a comparison against 0.34 isolates the version from
the detection, prevention and repair work on fix/fts-index-coverage.

Exists to answer whether the fusion grid carries across the bump. Every arm
is a deterministic function of the per-source candidate lists, so if those
lists match at 0.34 and 0.38 the whole grid carries across by construction.
