feat(#78): full-text search in indexed chunks

Backend: GET /api/ingestion/search?q=…&doc_id=… endpoint with
SearchResponse schema. Frontend: search bar in Documents page, results
with filename, page, chunk index, relevance score. 3 new API tests.
